The brand new three bedroom villa is well located within the new project just a short walk of 400m to the stunning Choengmon Beach. Along the way you will find an excellent selection of restaurants, bars, convenience stores, thai massage shops and everything else you may need for an amazing and easy vacation on Koh Samui. The villa consists of 3 separate pavilions which are arranged in a Balinese style around an 8m swimming pool.
One pavilion contains a large open plan living area, featuring an elegant timber ceiling, and includes a European style kitchen with a pantry room and washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and a 4 ring electric stove. There is a 55 inch Smart TV in the lounge area.
Another pavilion houses 2 bedrooms, with each having an en-suite toilet and shower and built in wardrobes. A large main bedroom with a roomy bathroom with bathtub occupies the entire third pavilion.
The property has a beautiful generously sized garden with a large shady Frangipani (Plumeria) tree. Included is a covered carport for one car which can be accessed by automatic gates.
