The room has access to the pool deck and is adjacent to the air-conditioned dining area which can seat 6-8 people. There is a projection screen on the wall over the pool, right in front of the sitting room and dining area. So the pool area is easily transformed into the open-air cinema and guests can enjoy their favorite movie staying in the living room or sitting in the comfortable armchairs on the pool terrace. This stylish cozy villa features a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. The sliding doors seamlessly join the indoor and outdoor areas creating a flow of space and comfort. This level also includes a spacious master bedroom (about 30 sq. m) with its own jacuzzi, large walk-in wardrobe and shower room with toilet. The second bedroom (25 sq. m, ceiling height of 3 m) with en-suite bathroom is located on the first level that can be reached by the outdoor staircase at the rear of the villa.
