The villa is within walking distance of two excellent beaches of Koh Samui. To the beach in the southern part of Lip Noah is literally 2 minutes walk, to its northern part about 10 minutes.
On the southern side, fine white sand, homogeneous, without stones and corals. From here, you have a stunning view of the islands called "5 sisters" and mainland Thailand. The horizon is very beautiful. A stunning sunset.
The northern part of Lipa Noi is an excellent 4-kilometer beach, the same uninhabited, without stones and corals, fine sand. From here you can see amazing views of the islands of the sea national park Mu Ko Ang Thong.
With the kids in this area will be excellent: a calm not deep sea, on Lipa Noi there are a lot of trees that create a shadow, which is important for safety on hot sunny days.
